Games for Co-ordination
Games which include throwing, catching, kicking or aiming in some way all require co-ordination. You might like to try and play some of the games below with family or friends.
Pub games
Pub games like darts, pool and skittles all require hand and arm co-ordination and are a good test for balance if played in standing. Darts and skittles could be played in sitting if required and can be played at home in the garden as well as in pubs or clubs.

Multisport sessions
If you don’t want to commit to a single sport or activity, or aren’t sure what you might enjoy, there are a range of community adult ‘multisport sessions’ held across South Wales. For example, each week in Merthyr Tydfil, an hour-long session is held at the leisure centre for adults with different abilities and disabilities. With activities including boccia, badminton, table tennis and football/wheelchair football, this type of session might be for you. Search the Disability Wales website to find sessions like this near you.

Boccia
Boccia is a bowls type game. It remains a game that can be played by all for enjoyment, has social and health benefits, along with a competitive edge for those seeking it.
It's a target game, which demands skill and subtlety as opposed to strength or speed and is played by women and men, of all ages and abilities. Boccia clubs can be found in lots of locations across South Wales and is a very affordable activity – with clubs normally charging between £2 and £4 a session.
Boccia is also a particular favourite for the MS Society, with the society often holding Boccia tournaments.
