Guided meditations often focus on the breath and breathing.  While they rarely teach deep or abdominal breathing per se, by relaxing through meditation and thinking about your breathing, it is likely that you will begin to breathe more deeply during the meditation.  This 15-minute guided meditation is one suggestion you might like to try.  You can do this sat in a chair.  You do not need to sit on the floor.
