Seated Tai Chi
This 7-minute seated Tai Chi focusses on achieving smooth movement of the arms and some stepping out to the side with your feet. The session is entirely seated.
If you have trouble moving your legs but can lift your arms to shoulder height then try this seated program a go. Don't be put off by the 20-minute film length. It takes a little while to get going - and is slow paced.

This seated program focuses on arm movement only. While the film looks out-dated - the movements are clear and good for core stability as well as arm strength and relaxation.
