This 10-minute Mr Motivator routine for people with MS involves arm and leg exercise and stretches.  This routine can be done in sitting, in standing with support or standing. 

This 7-minute Active Together routine for flexibility from the MS Society involves neck, arm, back and leg stretches.  The routine is performed in standing, sitting and lying – but could be done almost entirely in sitting.  The end section of the video is performed lying on your stomach which could be done on a bed rather than the floor.
